Grey items only! How do you craft the honorific Median XL? To make a runeword that has 2 runes, in an item with 4 sockets, for example, you must insert 2 jewels + 2 rune.
You can fill up the sockets before the rune with jewels. These recipes separate the socket fillers (gems, jewels, runes) from an item and return both the item and the socket fillers.
You can get a rune out by cubing the Rune Cluster in the Horadric Cube. Also, you can’t disenchant uniques that you obtain from the Giftbox. Just throw the unique and the catalyst of disenchantment into the cube. No crafting points necessary to disenchant.
